Lime Leaf: A digestive aid with many known health benefits, the leaves cleanse the blood while helping maintain healthy teeth and gums.

 

Lemongrass: A good cleanser that helps to detoxify the liver, pancreas, kidney, bladder and the digestive tract. It cuts down uric acid, cholesterol, excess
fats and other toxins.

 

 

Ginger: High in potassium manganese which builds resistance to disease, protects lining of heart, blood vessels and urinary passages. Contains silicon which promotes healthy skin, hair, teeth and nails. Ginger helps assimilate Calcium and also contains Vitamins A, C, E, B-Complex, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Sodium, Iron, Zinc, Calcium, Beta-Carotene.

 

Fish Sauce: Despite its name, fish sauce does not taste and smell exactly like fish. It is salty and a little bit spicy. In fact, it is used to add salty flavor to dishes instead of using salt.

 

 

Coriander: Health benefits include a rich source of beneficial phytonutrients, flavonoids and active phenolic acid compounds that have been found to help control blood sugar, lower cholesterol and fight inflammation and free radicals.

 

Capsaicin: Is incredibly healthy. It is an anti-inflammatory compound that helps with pain relief, boosts immunity, reduces cholesterol, helps prevent cancer, and helps prevent stomach ulcers by killing bacteria.

 

Having grown up with a mother from the spiciest region in Thailand, Northeast (ISAAN) I have learned about how spice makes me feel and the benefits of it. Cooking for over 16 years I have learned many facets of the culinary world such as Mexican, Italian and Indian foods. I take great pride & excitement in cooking food that brings families and friends together, at the same time I can share the health benefits of eating a balanced diet that consists of herbs
and roots. I would love to share my passion of foods catered to your preference and dietary needs at a more affordable price than going out to
a restaurant. As a Personal Chef I can prepare a limited amount of meals or in home custom catering for small parties.
